My strengths lie in my ability to understand and interpret customer needs as well as always respecting budgets. Project ManagerAs Project Manager, my job is to plan, oversee and document all aspects of each project we undertake. I work closely with our team to make sure that our projects run smoothly and are delivered on schedule and on budget. We continously strive to provide the highest quality and safety assurance for our clients.
Office ManagerBeing based in the office, I enjoy the diversity of the building projects that we undertake, and the relationships built with clients, both domestic and commercial. The administration side of my position is rewarded by the camaraderie between my work colleagues, and the knowledge that we are a trusted formidable construction team within the industry.
Quantity SurveyorMy job at Kynoch is to manage finances for projects and to ensure that budgets are met for each stage of the build. Being a Quantity Surveyor, I also assist project managers and construction foremen with ordering of materials, measuring variations and day to day running of projects. Narenda and I work closely to put together competitive pricing packages for tendered projects and negotiated contracts.
Quantity SurveyorAs a Quantity Surveyor for Kynoch, I estimate and monitor construction costs from the project’s feasibility stage, initial preparation, through construction timeframes and beyond. I have a background in Civil Engineering and have been with the company since early 2015. I have thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of the projects I have been involved with and worked on thus far.
Administration / Office assistantI am the most recent recruit at Kynoch Construction Ltd. and as the administrative/general office assistant my role is varied and I am able to learn many facets of the industry. I have always been passionate about figures, and will be overseeing all retention payments, whilst learning general accounts practises. I am studying at Open Polytechnic as I hope to qualify as an accountant.
